Usage
The machine is used for cutting the easy-tearing-line on the soft bags. It’s suitable for bigger compound bags, the bags with zippers, coffee bags, chewing gum bags, and bags for sauce and drinks.

System structure
The system is composed of laser generator, controller, frame and guiding rollers, straight rail adjusting system, laser beam transfer and focusing system. The system controls the scoring depth by adjusting the output power; controls the scoring spacing by adjusting the frequency, the scoring line can be straight, dashdotted and dotted. It can be distinguished from other product’s outlook, which has the anti-fake efficiency. 
◆ Laser generator：V30 American SYNRAD company’s carbon dioxide radio frequency laser, output:30W, wavelength 10.6um，stability about 2%. It can stably generate laser beam and guarantee the depth of the score. The life-span of the laser generator is longer than 20,000 hours，and can be recharged for time after time use. According to customers different requirements the system can have 1- 4 laser generators.
◆Computer-controlled system: The system can fulfill the following functions automatically: adjust the output of the laser generator, the setup of score pattern, trouble warning and display, save and call working mode, connect and disconnect the cutting machine. The depth and the pattern of the score can be controlled through adjusting the output of the laser beam. The process parameter can be saved for later use.
◆Frame and guiding rollers: The frame is installed between the main machine and cutting or winding machine. The guiding rollers are fixed on the frame. The film is scored while running through the deviation rectifying system and guiding rollers.
◆Straight rail adjusting system: The system consists of two precision straight rails that are fixed on the frame. The laser generator is installed on the system. The laser generator and the lens can be adjusted left or right by the handwheel thus the lens can be focused on any required position of the film to make a score.
◆Laser beam transfer and focusing system: The system transfers the laser beam to the focusing lens, the lens focuses the beam to be a light spot less than 0.1mm diameter. The very thin beam carries strong power for the ideal scoring. Each laser generator has one group of lens, the focal length is 50mm, and the light spot’s diameter is
